Neuro linguistic programming or NPL is a psychological approach that involves analyzing and modifying human behavior and patterns of thought. It is the use of activities that help rewire the brain from patterns that no longer serve you  to those that promote a better, happier you. 

"What makes life coaching different than traditional therapy?"

Life coaching is different from traditional therapy in that traditional therapy often involves diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Life coaching on the other hand is more forward, focused and is about setting and achieving personal goals and enhancing performance and creating positive change in the present and future life coaches use goal setting frameworks accountability practices a motivational techniques to help clients stay on track and achieve their objectives while life coaching is typically more goal oriented and future focused than traditional therapy.
